MoveStrong to conduct a functional fitness and obstacle course training workshop for teachers, staff, and Police officers for Fontana High School and the city’s Law Enforcement.

A new 26,000 square foot outdoor fitness and obstacle course training area is about to open for Fontana Unified School District, Teachers, Students, Physical Education staff, the city’s Law Enforcement and First Responders! The fitness and obstacle course space was converted from four Tennis Courts. After much time, planning, School Board and City approval, the decision was made convert the space to more useful needs for the school and community.

Fontana Law Enforcement needed a dedicated course for their Police testing to include specific obstacles like walls, fence obstacles, hurdles, balance beams, dummy drags, and agility runs. This Police testing course was placed in the middle of the overall Fitness and Obstacle course for the school.
