Celebrating the opening of the new MoveStrong Fitness Areas and Obstacle Course at Paradise Coast Sports Complex

Take part in Fitness Workouts and Obstacle Course Challenge with MoveStrong Coaches

Open to Public. Ages 13 years & up may participate.

9:00 Check-in begins

MoveStrong Group Fitness Trainings Include:

9:30a-10a Morning Stretch and Mobility

Meet at the 40-yard Sprint Track area for some warm-up stretching and mobility work to get ready for the day!

10:30-11:15a Lake Trail Fitness 

Meet at start of the Lake Path for a walk and/or jog along path to each MoveStrong Fitness area. Take part in guided exercises at each fitness station along the path with a MoveStrong Coach.

11:30-12:15p Functional Strength & Conditioning

Meet at the covered Fitness Pavilion for a workout led by MoveStrong to incorporate the strength machines and functional fitness equipment

MoveStrong Obstacle Course Review and Challenge

10:00a Obstacle Course Review & Demonsrtation

Learn and take part in how to overcome each obstacle and the full challenge course

10:30a - 2p Course Runs

Choose to:

- Complete in a timed course run

- Practice and participate to complete the course obstacles you choose

Timed Obstacle Course runs

-  age 13yr+

- First Responders and Military

*Must check-in at The Factory registration area prior and sign liability waiver to participate in events
