With every MoveStrong installation, each fitness station displays instructional decals to give aid to users in absence of a physical trainer. This technology is really easy to use, users simply use their mobile phone camera to capture the QR code, which directs them to a mobile-friendly website with how-to videos and additional exercise options. Our modular fitness stations can allow users a wide variety of different exercises. This new program allows for a non-invasive, no signup required allowing users to get back quickly into their routines interaction.
