YMCA Adds Outdoor Fitness Area with MoveStrong T-Rex

The Tri-Cointy YMCA in the town of Ferdinand, IN was the latest Y to add an outdoor fitness training area using the MoveStrong T-Rex functional training station. The Y chose a 7-post configuration with a monkey bar bridge, Y-extender for climbing rope, Dip, Step, pull-up bars, and adjustble ab bench.
