Personal Training Studio Makes Best Use Of Small Space
When this personal trainer opened a small one-on-one studio while adjusting to accommodate private space for clients to feel comfortable during Covid pandemic, MoveStrong was able to guide in studio layout design and equipment selection to make best use of a 14’x14’ floor space. Much of the floor needs to remain open for agility and dynamic movement and exercise. So it made the most sense to utilize as much wall space as possible for functional fitness training and storage needs.

ABOUT TIM…
Tim Church, respected trainer and coach for over a quarter-century is loved among fitness experts in the Charleston, SC community, nationwide, and internationally.
Tim’s love of fitness began in childhood as his athletic pursuits gave him an early interest and understanding of human performance. Tim sought further understanding from physical therapists and advanced educators in the medical community as well as taking courses in Athletic training at the College of Charleston.
Internationally, Tim has been fortunate enough to educate in gyms, studios, and trade shows around the world. From Germany, The Netherlands, Philipines, Japan, China, Singapore, Thailand, Brazil, Newfoundland, Canada, and much of the US.
In early 2000, after being employed by a few failing fitness centers, Tim started studying business and culture, learning about mistakes many fitness businesses make, including many of his own. This led him to seek out others in the industry. He started traveling in 2007. Tim found himself among the most successful people in the fitness industry. He would catch them in conference hallways to ask questions or eavesdrop on their conversations or bribe them to have a beer with him to pick their intellectual pockets.
Tim continues to combine his love for the human potential with sound business principles. He enjoys teaching and developing young trainers and FIT-preneurs.
Tim is more excited about the industry today than ever before. “The combination of mass awareness and easily accessible information has created exponential growth in our industry.”
