Back To School: Aubrey Rogers High School
12 obstacle stations will soon provide fitness challenges for students of Aubrey Rogers High School in Naples, FL to improve their mental and physical skills while building confidence to overcome each obstacle.
The course will be located around the schoolโs athletic fields and feature a double warped wall with backside cargo net and further wall obstacles, some of MoveStrongโs latest additions to the product line.
Made popular by the TV Show American Ninja Warrior, the MoveStrong Warped Wall is specially designed to challenge those athletic skills to make the run up to the top.
Both the wall and the cargo net on the other side target the athletes power, speed, agility and upper body strength.

Other obstacles installed include a 20โ vertical cargo net and climbing rope, over under bars, plyo steps, slalom agility posts, horizontal rope climb, 8โ Wall obstacles, balance beam, Quintuple steps, and a overhead horizontal ladder.
Obstacle courses are ideal for group trainings as they combine physical challenge and competition, but also help building team spirit among athletes. All obstacles can be tailored to many ability levels o encourage determination and willingness to overcome the obstacles successfully.
Improved endurance, stamina, functionalstrength, flexibility, agility and balance are only a few of the positive outcomes of training with obstacle courses - plus itโs a really fun way to workout that never gets boring.
